INTRODUCTION

Training on Project Proposal and Report Writing is an important concept in the project management arena. This is because without the skills the project managers cannot be in a position to request for grants from the funders/donors of a project.   • ·Monitoring and evaluation framework and plan, organizational frameworks.
  • ·Developing a Gantt chart and a PERT diagram, establishing a complementary partnership, discussion on impact and exploitation issues.
  • ·Quality reporting in a competitive business environment.
  • ·Suitable reporting for different audiences.
  • ·Key elements of technical reporting.
  • ·Monthly progress reports, activity reports, routine reports, field trip reports, meetings reports.

Methodology
This instructor led training course is delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a certificate of participation.

 Training venue

The training is residential and will be held at the Livecode Technologies Training Centre in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, lunch, and study visits.

All participants will additionally cater for their, travel expenses, visa application, insurance, and other personal expenses.
