Strategic Project Design and Management Course

INTRODUCTION

Strategic Project design is a tactical organization of ideas, materials, and processes for the purpose of achieving a goal. Project managers rely on a good design to steer away from drawbacks and deliver parameters to maintain essential aspects of the project, like the schedule and the budget. A crucial phase in the effective management of any project is the close-down, or conclusion. Learning how to control costs, avoiding unwanted expansion boundaries, and managing the risk of veering off course is also crucial.
